Museum Mindfulness at Home: Connectedness

Find your inner calm with a slow, guided look at works in our collection. This session focused on the theme of connectedness will be led by angel shanel edwards. angel is a blackqueerandtrans first-generation Jamaican and Philly-rooted artist. They utilize the creative modalities of movement, poetics, filmmaking, and photography to witness and re/member blackness as it moves through daily life, love, intimacy, and transitions [*gendered and otherwise]. angel is a Teaching Artist at Arts League, and they have taught in varied creative mediums at the West Park Cultural Center, ASAP Drama, and the Village of Arts and Humanities.
